My chicken breast came out nice and juicy!!!

too late it's in my stomach
Here's how i did it
2 1lb chicken breast
splash of sea salt on each side
with a touch of mrs. dash
White pepper salt
Pour some olive oil on the pan
Set stove for 7 for 2 mins
Throw chicken in for 4 mins with the stove on 5 Cover
Flip over once after 4 mins and set it for another 4 mins
DONE!

Here's where its at on chicken. Take a whole breast, rub it down with chili powder, a coarse salt, a little cayenne and some thyme. Sautee some garlic, onions (shallots if you have them) and peppers. Once carmelized throw in the chicken and turn the heat up to 75%. The chicken will brown on the outside but be raw in the middle. Now deglaze the pan with white wine and let it reduce while the chicken cooks through. Booyah awesome.
