i have never been to cheesecake factory myself. would like to try it out someday, but it seems that its either a hit or miss place. doesn't sound like its a very consistent place. some say it rocks, others say it sucks bad

You know, I get the same...Never do i get bad service (the only time I ever have a bad experience, is when sperry is with me.go figure)...I guess there is some truth to our discussion "Everything is better when your name is Matt"..haha.

Oh, as far as the Cheesecake Factory goes, it used to be very good back in the day, (Like late 80's, early 90's) I used to go to the one in Newport Beach, when I lived there, And it was great...Then it grew into a medium sized chain and went to hell...I ate at the one in Scottsdale, AZ recently, and it sucked real bad...service, food, time there.. all pitiful.

the cheescake in sac is just ok the SF and vegas ones r better, but u have to realize ppl in this town have hyped it up so they expect the best and its not that type of place. if u want good food head towards midtown.
