The code is:

It took about 1200 miles on my 02 WRX before the ECU became unhappy with the O2 sensor's output. I fixed that with a MIL eliminator wired in-line. As Paul alluded to, you can have the CEL permanently turned off via Cobb AP or ECUtek reflash.

I plan on getting an AP so im not tooo worried about it.... if you get a mil elim. or one of those o2 spacers does it mess with the tuning of your car as a consequence of altering the o2 signal?

Nope. You are basically doing the same thing the AP does (i.e.: tricking the ECU), just in a different way.
