i got new rims so i was wondering if anyone had any good experience with any shops around sac? I need tires mounted and balanced so where did everyone get theres done at?

 

You're going to get proper ****ed on cost. Costco is pretty reasonable

 

Im not really worried about price, i was more looking for a shop that can do a good job

 

America's Tires was $150 to mount and balance, if you're not worried about cost.

I had mine done at the Goodyear on the corner of Cirby & Riverside in Roseville for significantly less. Give them a call.

 

i heard just tires on north gate was good. if you go there say wassup to my friend w/srt4

They charge a ****load for mounting/balancing as well :|

 

Sams club $8 a tire. they seemed to do a good job an mine.

Thanks for the offer on the clubs but I have a costco card also so I might end up going there since it seems to be what people prefer

 

Be warned, if you already have tires, Costco is a bad idea; they won't mount tires you don't buy from them. They changed their policy compnay-wide about a year ago; previously, I had the hookup, and paid on average $30 for a mount and balance (regular price was still only $40) :|

 

Well crap I already have tires. That does me no good. Anyone got any other places to recommend?

The tires I took to sams club were bought from discount tire direct. they gave me no problems when I asked them to mount them. This was 6-7 mos. ago at the store on el camino and watt FYI.
