the srt-4 was marketed specifically towards ricer high school kids, its the cheapest way to go fast in a new car, but where you get all this performance they have to skimp on things somewhere so they can actually make a profit. some have called it a diamond (engine) wrapped in a turd (rest of car). but most people dont have a problem with the car, besides pointing out its flaws. the main problem people have with srt-4s is the drivers. *******, ricer, hat sideways, punk kids are the usual drivers of the car. them ricing around with obnoxiously loud BOVs, doing burnouts, trying race every car at stop lights, etc... im not saying all srt4 drivers do this, but enough of them to give them a bad image. yes subaru drivers do the same thing, but the percentage cant be any where close to srt4 drivers.
