Big Macs are mostly Fat. The power drinks are carbs and 2 sometimes 3 different types of protiens.

because the difference is a big mac has what 100 grams of fat in those 1300 calories? this thing has 4 grams of fat TOTAL, outa all 1300 calories and is filled with nothing but good carbs and protein

yup yup... 250 grams of carbs were only 2 of it is from sugars, 50grams of protein from Casein, Whey and Egg... 25 different minerals and 4.5 grams of fat... it's hard to beat that without eating stupidly healthy
