But what is "doing more?" Do you mean he did more important things than others have? What do you define as important?

Once again, your stupidity never ceases to surprise me.

Might is the operative word there and I agree with this point.
when you think about the pain you endured with the loss, and how people every day have to deal with the same pain caused by a death, then you draw back and realize how many people die each day, and how much pain is left behind by it.
Here is where you have lost me. If you go through your life carrying the pain of all that have and all that will die you doom yourself to a life of misery.
when the father of 5 is killed in an auto accident and now his wife is a widow and has find a way to cope with the death and the loss of her children's father, that's pain.
Yes it does suck for them, but I am not willing to live my life crying over everyone elses loss. If I knew the person, or if they had in some way touched my life it would be a different story.
when a singer dies and all we get is "omg RIP he was so awesome boo hoo" its basically throwing the middle finger at the poor mother and saying "the death of your husband and your children father does not mean **** compared to the dude that wrote a song 20 years ago"
Not true at all, it is paying respect to someone that has in some way touched your life. I can not recall the last time I went a day without hearing at least one Pink Floyd song. As a matter of fact, I listened to 2 entire albums at my desk this morning before I even knoew about the sad passing of a rock and roll great.

I am not sitting here thinking that it sucks that Mr. Wright has passed and that I wish it was some husband/father that died instead. I am thinking that it sure does suck that Mr. Wright died.

Unless I am missing something with regards to your father/husband example from above, I am going to assume it was just used to illustrate your point. With that being said, what did this father of 5 do for me and how did they touch my life?

If it hurts you so bad that so many people die every day, feel free to start your own tribute thread to all that have passed and put links to all the stories so you can make yourself feel better.
I hate people.
You have never hidden this fact.
