You get to go to traffic school every 18 months (based on the date of the citation).

If you didn't go for ticket A then you just didn't go. Doesn't count against your time restriction.

I guess the question is, will your insurance premiums go up for being cited for outdated registration? Does the insurance company care what type of ticket you got or what the point was for?
