Beach Hut Deli will be open at noon tomorrow!
So stop on by if you get a chance for lunch or dinner! 
Here's the menu. You really got to try these sandwiches. They are much better than any chain sandwich i've had, including Quiznos and Jersey Mikes (if you've ever had JM).
Food shipment comes in early morning so we can prep everything. Then we'll be ready to go by noon. I may or may not be there all day, so... I won't be working registers either. We'll have some experienced workers and the owner of the chain taking the lead to show us the ropes for the 1st week. This way we have our best food forward if there's a rush of people.
Shop is about 95% finished. Still have some bamboo to cut and mount along with another coat of resin on a few tables. But nothing major enough to keep our doors closed another day.
Beers are as follows: Tap: Newcastle, Fat Tire, Pyramid Hefe, Eye of the Hawk, Heineken, Coors Light, A microbrew (forget the name), and EG Brewery Big Butt Blonde (not on tap quite YET). Glass sizes are Pint and 1 Liter.
In bottle for now: Miller Lite, Corona, Pacifico, Fosters, Mikes Lemonade and Smirnoff Apple.
Also, if you work in the Elk Grove area feel free to PM me your address for a party tray. Once we get going i'll be personally taxiing those to businesses.

We need to show some i-club support and have a special meet to help Eric get going. Let's plan on doing this one of these Saturdays (not this one

wow...i just saw on the site there's a beach hut in EDH...maybe we'll have to scope that one if they're as good as you say...
