i'm not trying to lose 20-25% body fat, I don't need to stop everything I'm eating. I just need to cut back a lil here and there, and i'll lose the 7% i need to. I think I can lose that body % with just not drinking real soda, since that was about 700 empty calories i was getting a day

uh no, no one would really approve of trying to lose weight while still eating fast food...the easiest way is to cut back on calories ( like you are) and excercise alot more..but fast food is something you need to avoid like the plague

diet pepsi really isnt that bad if you've grown up drinking it. I actually cant stand regular soda (diet pepsi FTW, especially if you're diabetic like me)

ya, i can agree with that. But I'm not really trying to lose weight, I still need my calories. I'm just trying to burn fat, so if a reduce my fat intake greatly(I was eating mc donalds every morning, sausage mc muffin, hashbrown, soda), and my soda intake... i don't think i'll have any problem losing it quickly...

plus now at the gym i ride on the bikes for 30 minutes, which i never did. I am also working out legs now, which I never did, and doing abs more often
