Bacon reigned supreme WAY before Epic meal time. They just took promoting bacon to a whole new level. Its often imitated but never truly duplicated, hell vegetarians eat soy bacon, healthy nuts eat turkey bacon. cant say that about pastrami. Does candied pastrami taste good, Chocolate covered pastrami, HELL No. Do pastrami waffles sound delicious like Bacon waffles do? Hell no. Pastrami is a great sandwich meat, but it sure as hell is no BACON!!!
What makes a pastrami sandwich better? BACON!! Pastrami doesn't make a bacon sandwich taste better. Try it, I have.
