Yeah, racking up the nights at the Villa Montes. Too bad it's Ascent Hotels and not a better chain. We really get hosed on per diem in that area.

For Mountain Pass, our choices are either Primm, NV (which I will never ****ing stay in again), 90 minutes away in Barstow, or stay in Vegas on our dime.

I mean... I've driven through Primm a bunch. Never needed to stop. Especially after stopping at Barstow for Casa Jimenez.

Pick your favorite site (Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.) and read the reviews on any of the three hotels in Primm. None of those are exaggerated.
