I do apolize to the community this was a convo in another thread that i took way to far, i did not think about it speading outside of the tread... take in mind i did not change my profile to hide my car nor my face from any of you...i mean if it was at all legit dont you think i would have deleted as much info as i could? i was wrong to say such a comment in the first place i am sorry Brandon

I have no interest in you and I have no intention of going after you for anything other than repairs should my car ever get vandalized. Actually it would not even be me going after you it would be my insurance company since they would be the ones paying out to have my car repaired. I would just go after you for the cost of a rental car and loss of use.
That reminds me, I should probably let my insurance company (and maybe even Sac State Security) know that this threat was made as well just so it is as well documented as it can possibly be.
I have already talked to an attorney (lucky for me I have several in the family) and do not think for a second that changing you vandalism MO will get you off the hook here. You have made a credible threat and in doing so you have become the strongest suspect should anything happen.
