haha...thanks for the info. So a streetbike helmet is approved right? I'm trying to get into tracking, so i'm still learning the regulations and rules.

M rated helmets are made with a material that will withstand several smaller hits.
SA rated helmets are made with a material that will withstand one larger hit.
Go with an SA helmet, its track legal but it is more expensive, I believe. In 2002 I took advantage of a favorable dollar-to-euro rate and bought a Sparco helmet in GB, had it shipped to CA and, I believe, it was still under $200.
