Anyone local that can do TSX retrofit and the red outline? Pictures inside

Hey guys,

I have been wanting to do a TSX retrofit for a while and was hoping there was someone around locally that could do it. Also if there was someone that knew how to do the red trim around it. Here is a picture:

noooo those are tsx lenses... but i think the bimmer ones are nicer. made from the ashes of gypsies and homos and polished by the tiny hands of russian children.

i digress. the bimmer lenses fit the LFT without any significant retrofit. guys on legacygt spend about 400 on philips balasts / bulbs, and OE bimmer lenses. it clears our outer light cover, not sure on those lights tho

The red trim is just paint. There's a ****load of work in those Lightwerks retrofits, Caesar does killer work and is well worth the money and time. You end up with a proven solution instead of someone who "can probably do it fine" and half-assed/misaligned lights..

Yeah i just got done talking to the guy that actually owns the car i have pictured and he had Caesar do those lamps. So i sent Caesar a email and am awaiting a email back. I think its probably going to run about 750. Does anyone in the sacto area have work done by Caesar that i could posibly check out\?

Not locally that I know of, but at least one of the Fairfield guys, Adam, had an S2k conversion done, mag blue housings, a few other bits, and it came out looking pretty factory.

i can kinda see where you are coming from, maybe no cross eyed but the smaller lights on the outside look a bit off but i like the brightness of the projectors

So new question:

The HIDs we have in our cars. To make them brighter is it just a simple bulb replacement? What output is our lights, 5500K? What output bulbs can it support?

Thanks

What kind of headlights do you have? The 2003 WRX headlights weren't HID, IIRC.

IIRC changing the kelvin scale isn't going to make the bulb brighter it will just change the color with our set ups...

Why are you trying to get it brighter though? you have high beams, and if that isn't enough through some bright *** fogs on that. They headlights are meant to shoot a straight beam, that isn't going to blind anyone infront of your car
