Anyone know where to get tire depth tread gauge?
I need to find one locally around Davis but I'm willing to drive to Sac. Kragens doesn't sell them and I have no idea who would. I'd order online but i need one soon. I'm thinking about buying one new tire so I need to get one that is close to the wear I already have. Thanks.
plays well with others

Yeah Kragens in SF didn't have it, I'll check Napa and Kragens in Davis JUST to make sure, but yeah they should have everything!

I use my eyes.... i get outside me cizzar and look at the tread... if there is some left... i get back in the car... if it's bald... i get back in the car... if there is thread showing, I call the tire shop and get back in the car
pocket change FTW!

if you need to be more accurate you shouldn't be asking where to buy cus you''d have one already.
besides, who really needs a tread depth measurement?

LOL, of courrse I know the silly penny trick. I do need it more accurate because I'm buying a single tire and need that tire with the same depth. I'm going to be using this set to autox. I will have one...as soon as i find out where to get it!
