The games alone would cost over $400 and the elite is on sale at $400+. My wife thought she found a good deal. I contacted the seller, which is a listed business in L.A., and they confirmed the price along with free shipping to Sac. Only catch is that they want cash payment via moneygram or Western Union. <--------

i say legit... here's why.
basically it's just an x360 elite package with an extra controller. look at the ad again.
nowhere in the ad does it actually say the games are included, just that they are game titles. so all you really get is what you can get anywhere else plus a free controller.

But the ad title states it comes with 5 games - so which 5?
I asked for clarification on the game titles included and other payment options, but they never responded.

That's still $250 worth of games (5 X $50) which seems too good to be true.

But my bet is fraud. I mean if you're selling some old furniture or car springs an extremely low price seems reasonable and legit on craigslist. I don't see why a scammer just doesn't post a believable amount for something that's still sought after... they'd get more money quicker it seems.

I'm getting rid fo my elite. I don't think that the Best Buy extended warranty is transferrable though. OEM packaging. No extra controler or play and charge kit. I've used it very little. I'll throw in Rainbow Six Vegas and a copy of Gears of War that has a crack in it, you should be able to get it replaced for $20.00 throught Microsofts disc replacement program though. $400.00 and you can play it before you buy it. I'm local. PM me. Sorry if this post is against the rules, I have kids and I can use the holiday money.
