He's listed as "missing". The found two bodies in the rubble, but they believe they are the pilot and a passenger.

Two plus one = three

If he even woke up, I would bet it was due to a splitting head

Investigators have recovered two bodies and found a third in a Roseville house where a plane crashed Sunday.

Fire crews worked through the morning to stabilize the house so investigators could safely go inside.

On Sunday, authorities said they saw the bodies of two people in what appeared to be the cockpit of the plane.

According to neighbors and the attorney for the home's owner, three people lived in the house. Owner Nick Musil returned from a business trip he was taking. A friend of Musil and Musil's son, 19-year-old Christopher, also lived in the home.

The friend left for work Sunday morning a few hours before the crash.

The attorney for the Musil family, Matthew Haberkorn, told News10 Monday afternoon the third body is that of Christopher. It is believed that after staying up late Saturday night playing video games, he was asleep when the plane struck the house.

The plane, a single-engine Glasair II S-FT, crashed into the house at 1302 Longfellow Circle, near Woodcreek Oaks and Pleasant Grove Boulevard at about 11:30 Sunday morning. Witnesses told News10 the plane was performing barrel maneuvers just before it went down. The crash demolished one entire side of the house's second floor. There is also extensive fire damage.

Authorities plan on removing the plane wreckage later today.

Neighbors had been watching the plane and then heard an explosion. "We heard the plane kind of buzzing our backyard area, which it's done before," said neighbor Kat Kaslin. "And about six seconds later, we heard a huge explosion and our windows rattled. Our front door was rattling like a bomb went off."

Witnesses reported seeing the plane perform aerobatics just before the crash. Federal aviation rules prohibit aerobatics over populated areas, and stunts like rolls and loops must be performed above 1,500 feet unless the pilot has a waiver from the FAA.

News10 has learned the plane was sold last October by a seller in Texas.

The plane is registered to a San Clemente resident. Authorities believe a Roseville man was the passenger. Investigators have not released the names of any of the victims.

I wonder if the pilot had done barrel rolls in MS Flight Sim and thought he could do them in real life. If that were true then video games do kill people and his family should sue M$ OMG!!1

Someone's aircraft liability insurance carrier will be paying out some big bucks to that family. Imagine the odds of being killed in your own house by a stunt-flying private plane. They must be d**n near astronomical.

That's just the media watering it down for the public. How can you not wake up when a plane is dive bombing toward you? They should arrest the wife too like they arrest people who watches street race.

If he did wake up it was probably for about a half second before the nose of an airplane went through him.
