i have my auto insurance and my second mortgage from USAA. one month i accidently got the check ammounts crossed up and hillarity did not ensue. actually, they fixed it completely on their end and were very helpful about the whole ordeal.

on another note, i think i get rid of my PMI payment next month :banana:

USAA was pretty awesome for me too, until I seperated from the military and my insurance rates jumped 75%...

why did that happen? i got in under my parents and split off to my own policies, but my rates have only gone down.

It was crazy cheap when I was in the Army, it was at teh high end of competitive when I was discharged. Allstate had a better premium on my RS when I bought it by like $300.
