Android Apps

Its fun seeing all the cool apps out there on the android market!! what are some cool apps that all you guys are using? some of the main ones i use are

-dolphin browser hd (the the cool little add on when you shake your phone it switches in between tabs) lol
-handsend messaging
-locale
-ACC internet radio (technobase.fm. all day baby!!)
-and that flashlight app comes in handy

but for the last few days my internet has been out cause comcast sucks *****. and my friend told me about this app called PdaNet and it lets your phone connect to your computer and use its 3g internet. usually you have to pay for that service through verizon but this app lets you do it for free. anyways i have just been using my phone its been working great!! averaging almost 3mbs and almost 1mb upload. definitely check it out!

ES File Explorer
Dropbox <--- use this for all my computers too
Slingplayer
Rockplayer
TuneIn Radio (giants and warriors on the radio!)

my gf has the incredible.. really nice phone also. HTC has a lot of built in widgets that make the phone look great but if you don't use those widgets much then you can use a different launcher (launcher pro or adw launcher and change how ur phone look and feel). Only drawback is that you lose your HTC widgets.

i'd look into rooting it so you can do more with the phone.

So since the last post ive rooted my phone.

Got "MLB @ Bat 2011" for free

another great app is "barnacle" for a wifi tether so unlike PDaNet you dont need a physical connection

A fun app you can use with friends is "words with friends"

Does anyone know of an Internet Explorer browser for the Android platform? (I'm using a Samsung Fascinate). My prospect management program at work only works with IE, and being able to use it on the go is one of the main reasons I upgraded phones. >.<

Thanks

Does it need activex to run? If not try dolpin or firefox, opera is ok but it compresses a ton of stuff.

This stupid web-based tool is only compatible with IE, drives me nuts. And on top of that, it's gawd-awful anyway.
