I don't know if Sac PD/CHP in this area doesn't really care about it, if they were too busy with other stuff when they saw me or what. Maybe they don't care if some dude in a minivan has front tints so they don't mess with me? Dunno. I know skimonkey has been stopped 3 times for front tint, two times within 15 minutes of each other :rotfl:
