i used to hear rumours about my car all the time..
It was the mystery black wrx that ran 9's...
700whp my ***
i call bull**** on 500whp as well..
500whp = axxis stage 40billion + gt94trillionr turbo and an intercooler the size of texas.
If the car looked stock then it most likely had a gt30 kit on it with minor supporting mods.. maybe 400whp..
That is still plenty fast to lay the beat down..
but 500whp is getting into fully built race motor territory, and any tuner who tuned that would be using it as their marque tune.. and whoring it around the net and magazines and ****.
Look at kingpin for example..

There are two 500 WHP+ setup STIs in Nor Cal that i know off, and neither of them are up and running right now.
There are a few GT35rd GC8's, and a few Rexs that push 500+ likewise...around here.

Well Kingpin was able to get 526 whp out of a bone-stock engine.

So on race gas it's not out of the range of possibility, even without a built engine. It's definitely not Axis stage 40billion

526 and 700 are two totaly different playing fields...
in fact i havent even heard of an axxis motor hitting that mark, only the riggolis i have heard have hit that (and more)
