After then accident at the gas station, my license plate got really messed up. I mean it was bent everywhere... the words are still visible, but is it illegal to run around town for a couple of days with a cracked/bent licenses plate? I'm going to the bay soon (friday) just for shopping purposes and want to know if its ok to put on my dealer plates and drive around with at least a receipt from the dmv stating that im getting new plates orderd?
My plates look like this but with numbers....
Ima call the shop and tell them not to put on my plates....

I just called them and they will leave off the plates and wrx emblems for my request since i dont like the emblems.
