2) You could get blue carpet from somebody who wants to take theirs out of their STi. Keep an eye on the classified forums here, on nasioc, and on iwsti.
3) Maybe eBay, also try scoobynet.co.uk. There may be easier places to get one stateside, but appearance items aren't my thing so I don't really know off hand.
