ok, so I may be slightly confused about the Cobb AP.....I may have the wrong one.....
AE-WRX-PORT-02
However in the user guide it says good for all 02-05, and has different adapter for init connectors for 02 as compared to the init connector for 03-05.
Is this going to work with my car ? (04 WRX)
Do I need to reflash the AP to make it work, or do I just have an expensive bargaining tool?
Anyone want to buy an AP? lol

It won't work 100% the car will stale and things like that. It needs to be reflashed for the year you have.
