07 STI - No boost - Shops open?

My 07 STI lately has been feeling sluggish and has been having trouble boosting and reaching max boost. The car is all stock with no mods at 76K. There are no check engine lights, no smoke coming out of the tail, no oil burning, idles fine. I reset the ecu to see if that would help. When I go WOT the stock boost gauge reads 0.3 max. I can't figure it out and think I have a boost leak somewhere. I check all the vacuum lines and hoses around the intercooler. The only one I couldn't check was under the intercooler. They all seem tight and clean. Does anyone know if any shops that are open or does an Iclubber own a shop who can help? Any suggestions as well. I think it's weird that I am not even running wastegate pressure. Car is my daily so I really need to try and fix it this weekend. Left a message for Ed at EQ but he is usually probably booked.

FW motorsports is in Roseville. It's a bit late in the day though.

And I suggest not trying to go into boost if you're having issues, that's the shortest route to needing a new engine.

No. The cat in the downpipe broke apart and clogged the exhaust.
