05 RS wagon Lemon?
I bought an 05 RS wagon with 37K miles on it in Febuary from a local Subaru delaership. When the car hit 45K it spun #1 rod bearing. Dealer replace crank, main bearings, rod bearings, #1 rod, and gaskets. Then at 51K spun all 4 rod bearings. Same dealer replaced crank, main bearings, rod bearings, all 4 rods, oil pump, timing belt, and gaskets. Then at 52K developed oil leak. Same dealer replace oil pan gasket and dipstick o-rings. Then at 53K started leaking oil again. Same dealer stated on Saturday that they found a oil/coolant leak in waterpump area but cannot determine source of leak and need to bring it in to tear down to locate source of leak. The service writer called today and stated the shop foreman was working on my car and that the leak was coming from the main oil galley and was replacing a bolt and would test it on Friday.
Is this a case for lemon law or should I contact SOA and demand a new motor and an extension on my warranty.

i'm pretty sure the lemon law only applys to people who bought the vehicle new. read here for info: http://ag.ca.gov/consumers/general/lemon.php
