I asked if there was anyway that certain people, or threads, could have an exception. The two main threads i used as an example were the meet thread, and the 49ers thread.
Answer was no. Its a global command that was "turned on long ago that should not have been". So anytime one of us would like to update our first post of our threads; PM Speedlimit. Coming straight from him.
... really dumb if you ask me.
EDIT: I just thought of other threads that get updated all the time by multiple users.. THEIR BUILD THREADS. So now no one can update their build unless they PM Speedlimit or a mod/admin to do it for them... wow..

That is sooooo stupid.......I think I'm going to send him multiple PMs with different updates. Just so he can see how stupid that is that we can't update threads like that.
