That dealership marked up the EVO like crazy when they first came out. Chill on it for a bit and the prices will come down

Thats nuts. MSRP is like $35k-$36k I think.

But, like kidatari said, I wouldn't pay more then $32k

when the g35 and the 350z first came out dealers were slapping on $10k markups all over the place. now they're marked at MSRP and willing to go below.

That's every new model that's ever debuted since the advent of window stickers. Seriously, when the replacement for the Impreza finally rolls around, dealers will be asking $28k for an RS.

Just before the STi appeared, a Maita salesman told me that they were gonna 'get' $4k over sticker for each one. Well, good for them. The guy was actually bragging about how they were hoping to gouge customers. I hope this winter is expecially cold, harsh, and bleak for that particular salesguy.

The more EVOs on the road the better. I like haveing WRXes being kinda rare. Where I'm at I see one maybe two a week. That and the more the EVO goes up the likely hood of a STI limited model hitting our side of the ocean increases. S204 maybe?
