PDM Turbo kit for sale
The the turbo kit retails for $3400 with small VF11 turbo and air to air intercooler, but this one comes with several upgrades:
1) it has the VF22 upgrade ($250),
2) the 4 core air water intercooler upgrade ($1000), the 3 core is a $750 upgrade, this is bigger!
3) the 3" stainless steel twin dump downpipe with track pipe section ($250),
4) and the HKS adjustable blow off valve ($200)
= $5100 retail.
I would take $3400 so you get the $1700 in upgrades free because I used it 1300 miles (plus the radiator for the intercooler was a used one off a 22b which was used for more like 40K miles). This doesn't have the fuel pump or rising rate FPR ($300).
The optional torquechip.com plug and play 2000+ ECU has the rev limiter and speed limiter removed, and built in torque chip retails for an additonal $700 plus core ECU swap. I would take $500 for it without the turbo kit, or $350 if you buy the kit. And, you don't need to trade in your stock ECU like for a new one.
The water coolant lines are being made for the kit soon, and I will include them or credit you $100 to get them made if you buy the kit before they are finished by PDMUSA.com. You will also need to buy a fuel pump and rising rate FPR if you don't plan to supply a programable ECU - this will be good for 270hp at 6 psi (their 2.5" downpipe kit with VF22 and air water IC did 202 at the wheels on the dyno at 6000 feet). I can give the pump and RRFPR to you for for $250 (retail is $340) if you buy my kit. If you need a programable ECU I can hook you up with subysport or xephyr to get a Link ECU.
So, your total cost for 270hp is $3400 kit + $250 for engine management + shipping (delivered in colorado for free), or add $350 more for the upgraded ECU with no rev limit! Two extra fuel injectors instead of the RRFPR, plus a timing controller for about $1000 more will get you to 360-375hp.
