Is USTCC the only road racing program Subaru is in?
Is USTCC the only road racing program Subaru is in?
Just wondering if Subaru is participating in any other road racing programs other than the USTCC. I'm not talking about the WRC but more like SpeedWorld Challenge and others similar.
If the WRX is doing so well in USTCC, I'm wondering whether SOA is planning to run a WRX or perhaps even the 2005 Legacy GT in the SpeedWorld Challenge series.
Thanks.

There was Irish Mike and his 2.5 NA Impreza in the Speed World Challenge touring series. You can read about it here:

One of the biggest reason there is no WRX in Speed World Challenge is because Touring car class wont allow turbo.
Thats why there is 2.5RS but no WRX.
2.5RS has no chance against RSX, Civics and Proteges because its heavier and produce less horsepower.
If somebody were to race WRX, then it'll be in World Challnge GT class and have to run against Porsches, Saleens, and Prodrive Ferrari 550!
no chance in this class either.
If you look at racing overseas, there are prenty of roadracing Imprezas.
