That depends, in order, on:

Driver
Tires
Suspension tuning/alignment
Power/Weight
Weather

Anything under two minutes is pretty quick for a street car. If your WRX is bone stock, then times in the 2:15 range would be good.

I ran 1:2X.XX in my RS once

On the front half, turns 1-7.

2:10-2:14 is pretty quick in a Impreza or Evo on street tires and decent mods.

2:10 and under on R's is pretty quick

2:05 and under is really fast for a street car on R's.

Most higher HP street cars that are made into race cars do 1:58-2:01 (think goto racing legacy, sheehans wrx, kent jordans evo)

All these times are over the top of turn 5. Using the bypass under 5 is 2-3 seconds faster.

I haven't spoke to Kevin from LIC in awhile but I can imagine he is knocking on the 2:00 door at Thunderhill. That car is prepped well.
