Streets of Willow OCT 8th Video
My first track time in the STi. I had so much fun! There were two other 05 black STi's there too.
I think I hit about 105 MPH on the back straight before the chicane. I went off track in turn two because I went in too hot and did not brake early enough. My front right foglight cover has a mark from a cone marker I hit after the chicane.
I think my next suspension mod will definitely be a rear sway bar. All I have now is just the Tanabe GF210 springs. The car seemed to plow through the turns. The car felt heavy and like I was throwing the car into the turns. I loved the torque as I pulled out of the corners.
I used Falken GRB FK-451 tires in 245/40/17 on my stock wheels. My front driver's side tire chunked on the edges. There was some sidewall rolling on the front tires. After these tires wear out, I'm gonna try the Kumho Ecsta MX.
