Hi everyone,
This weekend we are running a track day with SpeedVentures at Buttonwillow CA. This will be our final test before both cars(WRX and Legacy GT) head to A1GP on March 10. If you want to get a preview of how fast we will be running this year, come on out and watch. Or better yet, call speedventures, sign up, and bring out YOUR subaru. We will be there all weekend. Hope to see come i-clubers there.

ps Both cars are faster that last year's WRX. New setups and slightly lighter weight saw to that.

what kind of # are these cars putting out?

 

nothing really spectacular. Class rules require close to zero modification, even bolt ons. Exhaust and ecu are all we get to touch, but Mike Warfield at Gruppe-s does a great job tuning every last bit out of the cars.

These numbers are approximate, and taken at the wheels:

WRX 221hp 220lbft
LGT 219hp 240lbft

Most of our effort and $ goes into the chassis. The cars run about 1:50.xx at Infineon.
