I'm tired because there is just so much freaking good tv on these days and it's filling the crap out of my tivo box... therefore I stay really late on weekends to watch a lot of it.

Kevin's right.

It is your diet. You need to modify your diet to support your work load. Chances are you are burning yourself out. You may need to load up on the carbs (pasta) before you go out, simular to runners.

Your body will even use muscle as fuel in extreme cases.

So check you diet and never give up, just find the remedy.

I need to add that (hiking) into my lifestyle too

I'm only tired on Sundays, thats my assigned crash day.

My normal week

Sunday: wake up at about 3pm go out till around 2-3am in the morning
Monday: wake up at 7am go out till around 2-3am in the morning
Tuesday: wake up at 7am go out till around 2-3am in the morning
Wednesday: wake up at 7am go out till around 2am in the morning
Thursday: wake up at 7 am go out till around 1am in the morning
Friday: wake up at 7am go out till 6am in the morning
Saturday: wake up at 12pm go out till 6am in the moring

So yea balanced diet, eat right and lots of activities for a healthy sex, social, fitness lifestyle.

I think I get tired for the last couple of weeks because of all these junks that I started eating again after my healthy diet. Also the lack of exercise (except hiking on weekends) contribute to the issue. I used to jog 3-4 times a week with a balance diet and I feel great. I am going back to my healthy life style... starting today =)

Let me know if you want to hit up a trail. I don't know stage1-4 about tuning but I know a couple of things about hiking... =P
