Only difference is that someone opens the door for you (franco), by bringing the two entities together. After that, you guys seem to do fine..

In this case, CL is the door for the two entities. Accept, it should be even easier on CL, cause you can hide behind a computer if things don't work out.

In the case with franco, you'd be face to face, and if you get rejected. The rest of the night would be awkward

 

I believe franco has posted some advice for you guys, like how to write an email to the girls on CL. So I really don't think you need him to be by yourside coaching you.

 

Well usually when I first meet a girl and when I am actually alone with them. The things we talk about is just the basics. I ask her simple questions that I know I can reply to or talk about. So questions are something along the lines of your favorite foods? My answer would be something along the lines of "Yeah I like that too have you eaten at <insert restaurant?>." I see it as you have to dig with the questions first before you are allowed to compliment them. Thats just my train of thought when working with the opposite sex. Try not to talk to much about yourself and if you do find a way to include them in any shape or form. Remember you are here to see them, not them to see you...yet.
