I dunno. I just don't see the point in it. Sure, I guess we all would like an advantage. But what happens when someone takes the bait, you meet, and they go HOLY CRAP! just setting one's self up for more disappointment. I say, be yourself, be real. Theres someone for everyone..

 

I'm going to have to disagree with you, on the "theres someone for everyone" line. I don't belive that and some people do end up alone.

 

You're just being a downer. If you have met up with every single person in the world then you can say so. Impossible? Fine. Everyone person in socal? Still impossible? Fine. Everyone in the city of Ontario. Impossible? Fine. Everyone on your block. Most of the time, you have to make it happen. Not the other end.

 

i dont believe in the "there's somebody for everyone" line either. fate, destiny, blah blah no. everything happens by choice, whether done intentionally or not... then again keeping one's self in a mindset that you will be alone forever WILL leave you at that.... as long as you keep an open mind and heart, you will eventually meet somebody, even if it's "just an acquaintance"... it's better than being alone.... of course.....IMO....
