Choku, you n00b, those are kanten noodles made by dropping molten kanten into an ice water bath. Yummy and zero-cal ... you can remind your j-girl of that and get metro points.

Holy hot chilies batman. Unfortunately I had already gotten food poisoning by the time I ate this, and it stung coming up even more than going down.
