we got the xlink working last night. who has a ps2 with network adapter?

 

are you guys using that xlink kai thing? how does it work??

 

plug it into the router, configure your ps2. pretty simple

well there is a very detailed guide on gtplanet to set up xlink. the initial set up took about a hour. once you get a connection with xlink it's plug and play. you can set up another ps2 just as a replay monitor, or as different screens for the drivers view (like the ferrari 355 challenge game)

xlink also works for any PSP games supporting wi-fi

there's another program called hamachi, except it's for computers

you d/l it, you and your friends can setup like a virtual server and connect to it. then you would be able to play lan games
