Vehicle Classifications for ClubRally

I am confused about the vehicle classifications for ClubRally in the Rally America 2005 rulebook. Which class would I fall under with the following engine modifications (Open or PGT)?

vf35 turbo
STI injectors
catless uppipe
ported intake
stage III cylinder heads
UTECH

I don't see any discussion on cylinder heads for the PGT class, only engine displacement. My engine block has not been touched. Would I still fall under PGT? And am I reading the rules correctly, in PGT you must retain the OEM exhaust manifolds, no header upgrades?

Of course, my biggest concern, wanting to get involved in rally on the ClubRally level, am I going to have a problem entering my vehicle as a Novice licensee?

Sorry to burden everyone with so many questions! But you all are so helpful. Thanks!

Aw, shucks! Well, thanks for the reply.

Any feedback on this vehicle for a Novice licensee? I love my car the way it is!

I can't recall all of the details, but I believe that Novice drivers in Rally America must either start in a P Class or G2 car or use a really small (28mm?) restrictor.

Is there a link to the rules for RallyAmerica, or would we have to buy the book to read it?

No, you don't have to buy it. Go to the Rally America website(www.rally-america.com). You can download the entire 2005 manual there. Try this link: http://www.rally-america.com/info/info_index.html then click on 2005 Operations Manual.
