I've spent a ton of time looking for info on how to get into other rallyX events besides FRX in california.

SCCA rallyX has no events for 2007.

How do I get into the California Rally Series?

CRS is much like FRX in that they don't actually 'hold' events....they track points with a certain number of events for their series, but its not like CRS people are putting on all their events (Ridgecrest is really the only 'CRS' held event). so you'll have a lot of events that are BOTH FRX points and CRS points. Some are FRX only, some are CRS only.

so the trick is to just get to as many events as possible, don't worry about FRX or CRS.......Vallejo is coming up August 2nd and 3rd (yes, 2 days). That is an FRX event, but not CRS....but who cares.

JV (Johnson Valley) has several events over the year, Thunderhill is putting on at least 2 events this year (last year they had 4 events, none of them were CRS or FRX).

Laughlin, NV is going to happen again this year (later in the year). FRX is using that for their championship runoff, it will probably be just normal CRS points.

SCCA has abandoned rally/rallyX completely in Cali. Its still kicking on the east coast though.
