yea im thinking about getting started, i dont know, but i dont want to travel around the us (im still in school). so i was wondering are there any other rally's in California besides Rim of the World in So Cal? are the races still part of the SCCA?

 

There is the California Rally Series, the only rally that is part of the ProRally series is Rim of the World, but there are also a few more events.

I've never been to one, so I don't know how many spectators usually go, but they should be fun all the same.

If you've never been, you should come to Rim. It'll give you a little idea of what's involved in rallying, both as a spectator and a driver/co-driver. You can talk to most of the drivers and they're usually stoked to talk to other rally people.

ok i was thinking about going this year but i dont think i can casue i got a dog last summer and i dont have anyone to talk care of it, so maybe ill go next year when its older.

i'm going to miss the rim of the world agian. That just sucked. I only hope psoper comes back with good video.

 

Since I have to be working down there all weekend I don't think I'll get to shoot much video this time.

I drove all of the route this weekend doing mileage measurements for the routebooks, if the weather is anything like it was this week it will more than make up for the nasty time we all had last year
