Due to the fact that speed isn't carrying WRC coverage this year, my access to material is limited.

If ANYONE can supply ANY rally footage from this year (WRC, Pro America, anything) in a raw format for me I would really appreciate it.

I'll pay for the cost of a DV tape and shipping if needed.

I'll second this request for raw footage, I have a fast webserver that it could be posted to.

Even a compressed version would be ok - I just need my WRC fix.

BTW - Kevin, nice work on the highlight edits on your site. Very well put together. I have all of them on my iPod. Do you have any higher quality (and non-mpg) versions of them so I could get them into iPod format without having to demux the mpeg tracks?

For the sake of size, h.264 set to the highest quality and 640x480 resolution would be ideal.

...that is unless you wouldn't mind uploading the raw DV to my server, in which case this should probably be discussed over private messages.

The thing that kills me about this whole deal. they showed WRC corverage at 11pm on Sunday here on the east coast. Sometimes on saturday at 12 am. Yeah they really needed to drop rally to make room. Whateva.

Does anyone know if they is an overseas channel for cable or direct TV so that we can see the coverage. I acutally miss Nicki Griest's voice.

Does anyone know if the WRC site streams any of the races or anything like that. Or anywhere on line for that matter? I am sick of this NASCAR crap all over the TV and radio.
