Vectorizing (Photoshop)

tips on how to convert a Raster image to a Vector image?

Can I do it with only Photoshop or do I need Illustrator too?

to make a true vector graphic you need illustrator. photoshop is bit map, so it only deals with pixels.

You redraw it. Not a car, but here's a sample.

yeah that's a P I T A

You'd be better off making a 3-D model...you'd invest close to the same amount of time, yet have any angle of the car you want. and you can make it looks cool modifying the body
