hey im new to this thread. i just started doing photography as well with a nikon d40

i heard theres a photo shoot meet. can someone tell me when and where that is and who can i get a hold of for more information?

that turned me off too, but it is a good fake whether they meant for it to be or not. If the car was moving, you could feel the G forces.

not yet actually. i took a photo class last semester with a Sony cybershot (school camera) and did some hdr, but it wasnt that great and i just used a trial program. i got the pentax right after the class ended and havent gotten a chance to really use it
here is one i did in hdr but ended up turning it into black and white and blurred the background a little
