Pretty urgent question! What do you guys think is a good price for outdoor event shots? Trying to figure out an hourly rate for 4hrs of shooting a gathering in a park.
doh just saw this
so its event coverage for four hours? what is the usage?
if its normal personal usage no commercial or what ever, hourly rate X hours
factor in driving time and gas.

Haha, thanks Mike! I know the formula of r*t=$$$, I was just trying to figure out what value to put in for r. I ended up telling them $125/hr and they took it. It is just a family BBQ in a park. Giving them the digital files with basic edited.

Good enough of a deal to cover an extra body (a850), zeiss 24-70 f/2.8, Sony 70-200 f/2.8, and the alien bees ring flash rentals with plenty of profit left over
But anyways, I'm happy I finally finished up the bridal shots
