Played Airsoft last Saturday. My gun broke during the first 10 minutes of game play. Ended up being the photographer for the day.

You're pictures look fine.
Double check that your WB is Auto and not numbered, cause you can vary any setting. Like Auto WB 3... Just be sure everything is reset, and try again.
For most outdoor shots I shot the d80 in Program (which is what I use most), EV -2/3 in day light and -1/3 for less bright days like overcast.
If you want a boost to color use Saturation +1 and sharpness +1 will help keep it together if you aren't shooting RAW, and help fight any softness.

Yeah cool airsoft pics!
MNL, i think your colors look fine...maybe its because you shoot long shots and landscapes and haze and atmosphere gets in the way, maybe some close up shots will show better colors. Yeah i think the saturation setting would also be the most help in your case.
If you can paint it, you can shoot it! artists are always a step ahead
haha
OH MY! she looks way hotter on TV

Real nice pics RaginBull. I didnt even know people actually did anything with airsoft guns. hahaha. I just thought it was something people collected as replicas to the real guns and did some target practice.
