I've had an ongoing issue with my 85 Toyota MR2 and Glaspro, located in Redmond, WA. Here's the copy of my BBB complaint. I've already notified my insurance company of this matter, and will be passing this along to local auto groups. If you are a member of another Pacific NW Auto Club of any sort, I'd recommend passing this warning to them. These people are incompentent. You've been warned!
I really don't like the BBB online form... Mr. Dustin?? OK... And I had to keep under 1000 words. I am more verbose than that...
They also did a lame bullseye fill on my WRX. Thought I'd pass out the info before they screw anyone else's stuff up.

The Complaint
Complaint Overview: Glaspro incurred leaks in my vehicle and refuse to repair problem
Detailed Complaint: I brought my 85 Toyota MR2 to GlassPro on 3/13 for insurance glass replacement Received my car back and attempted to put items in the front hood storage compartment (mid-engine car). The hood made contact with the glass and broke the new windshield. Returned to the shop to advise shop of problem. They replaced then broke a 2nd windshield, then installed a 3rd. They returned the car and told me that they would not fix the problem. I disputed decision. Windshield was replaced a 4th time, and they finally corrected the initial problem. However, they damaged the metal runners that hold the door weatherstripping in place and refused to replace. I acquired used replacements in perfect condition. They installed and failed to re-seal the area between the window post and the weatherstrip rail. When asked to fix the problem, Dustin the manager refused. That was today, 5/22. Car leaks and makes whistling noise when driving. Did not do this before encountering Glaspro. I only want it fixed
Desired Settlement: Other
Desired Outcome: They removed the door weatherstipping rails to replace windshield. I want them to fix leaks they caused when they re-installed weather stripping rails or pay for another company to do repairs.
