Has anybody gone through the Team Continental Driver Training Course?

They have a driver training course for $149, which gets you track time at PIR. This is relatively cheap compared to other alternatives, so I wanted to check and see if anybody had gone through it.

If so, what was your overall impression? Was it worth the money? How much track time did you get? And finally, would you recommend it to other people?
