Got it in December of last year, On the back it states that after 1 year a $2.00 fee will be applied every month it goes unused until depleted. So you have 6 months. I have never used it, so all $100 is there. I got it from my employer as a gift. It is good at all McMenamins, there are no restrictions on it that I can see.
